Vital Guest was built to be a powerful, easy-to-use, cloud-based property management system built to help hotels, resorts, and timeshares manage their property simply and easily.

With powerful Reservation Management and Channel Management tools, VitalGuest was built to make managing guests a breeze. With our direct integration with Guest Centric, Vital Guest offered an integrated Online Booking Engine and Revenue Management capabilities allowing hotels and resorts to drive bookings and streamline operations to dramatically reduce costs and increase revenue.

Vital Guest integrates our VersioPAY payment processing software with gives Vital Guest EMV2 Payment Processing at no additional charge.

With our built-in timeshare features, timeshare hotels could manage unit ownership, owner profiles, and owner billing all from within the same application. Included was an owner portal for owners to login and manage their payments and stored credit cards.
Vital Guest has shut down as of December 2022.
